Clinical application of upper limb fracture fixator in emergency treatment of upper limb fracture

Objective: To compare and analyze the curative effect of fracture upper limb fixator traditional splint in emergency treatment fracture.
 Methods: This is a prospective study. A total 80 patients with fractures admitted to Emergency Department Sichuan Province Orthopedic Hospital from December 2021 August 2022 were prospectively selected as subjects. They divided into two groups according random number table method: Patients control group treated splint, while those observation medical adjustable fixator. The clinical efficacy, time, pain, fitness, probability secondary injury complications compared between groups.
 Results: After treatment, excellent good rate (75.00%) was higher than that group(52.50%). There no statistically significant difference time groups. group. Statistically observed comparison pain conditions fitness (97.50%) (75.00%). incidence (2.50%) lower (20.00%), difference.
 Conclusion: Fracture shows various benefits first aid fractures, such improving efficacy ameliorating effect, reducing complications.
